Executive Compensation & Severance (The Riley Guide) provides a number of good links. One of these is to the SEC's EDGAR database, where executive compensation information can be found in the Definitive Proxy Statement (DEF Form 14A). LexisNexis Academic also has these Proxy statements under the SEC filings.
