Globalization is the process of increasing the connectivity and interdependence of the world's markets and businesses.  This process has increased dramatically in the last two decases as technological advances have made it easier for people to travel, communicate, and do business internationally. Search Tips

  1. Use AND to combine terms.

               Ex: globalization AND economic aspects

       2.    Use OR to search related terms, OR means more. 

             Ex: Great Britain OR United Kingdom

       3.  Use NOT to eliminate a term

             Ex: automobile NOT ford

Useful Subject Headings

Library of Congress subject headings are useful in searching for library materials by a specific subject.  The suggested subject headings are linked to the UFind Catalog, but you may use them in other catalogs based on the LC system such as WorldCat, which brings together thousands of library catalogs:
