Sources of Statistics

Statistical Abstracts of the United States, 2020.  An excellent source of statistics on a wide range of topics.

Digest of Education Statistics -- provides statistics about American education from Pre-K through graduate school levels.

Quotations-- Recommended Websites

BrainyQuote -- an attractive source of popular quotations, including those by contemporary authors.

Familiar Quotations, 10th ed. Compiled by John Bartlett. An excellent source of historic quotations (prior to 1919).

The Quotations Page -- provides more than 28,000 quotations since the year 1994.

Quoteland -- A compilation of quotations begun in 1998.
