Materials in SPARK will be publicly available. We ask that datasets and other submissions be scrubbed for personally identifying information in keeping with university and IRB policies.  Materials in the Digital Archives will be made available upon request adhering to relevant policies and best practices, and assessed for permission, privacy, and ethics; content; formats; preservation needs; resources and time; and demand. All factors will be weighed though not every factor must be met in order to proceed with a digital collection.
