Locate articles on film genres in general as well as specific films in the Library's databases. When looking for articles on a particular film, the easiest way to search is to enter the title of the film (movie) into the database search box. Some databases will offer the full text of the article. If the full text is not available, use the button to check our other resources for full text. Ask for assistance.
The most commonly used database is Academic Search Complete. (EBSCOhost). Academic Search Premier covers a wide array of subjects with full text for nearly 1,850 scholarly journals, including more than 1,250 peer-reviewed titles. Only registered faculty, staff, and students have access to this database outside the Library.
