To View a Record of All Courtesy Notices:

A record of the Courtesy notices sent is available for review by staff members with appropriate Roles in Alma under the Admin menu> Monitor Jobs> History Tab> search for the job named “Notifications - Send Courtesy Notices and Handle Loan Renewals.

To View a Record of Courtesy Notices sent in the past 7 days to patron's, go to the patron's record in Alma and view the "Attachments" tab.

Courtesy Notices are enabled to be sent 3 days before an items’ due date by the CARLI Office.
